Karen started EBM in 2006 because she saw a distinct need for a professional, knowledgeable and client focused company to manage shopper engagement on behalf of national tier 1 manufacturers. Karen applied her 15 years of shopper marketing experience in the capacity of Senior Client Service Manager and Director of Sales (on both the retail and rgency sides), to create EBM.

Karen’s strengths lie in strategic thinking, process and above all a huge drive to make every event unique, impactful and result driven.
Kirsty combines over 15 years of marketing experience managing shopper engagement events for tier 1 food manufacturers and heading experiential marketing for Canada’s largest food retailer .

Kirsty joined the EBM team in 2009 and brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and creative flair to her role as Account Director. The opportunity to promote brands in-store is always evolving and Kirsty provides her clients with new and engaging ways to connect with shoppers at retail level.
Tara brings over 12 years of client management & leadership experience to EBM. EBM's clients rely on Tara's expertise to build sampling campaigns that deliver on their brands objectives.

Tara employs a relentless desire to identify and exceed client expectations. Her energy and communication skills compliment her client focused approach, making her an integral part of marketing strategies for many brands.
Sandy has over 22 years of experience managing the logistics involved in delivering successful shopper engagement events. Sandy brings an extensive tenure of knowledge from her previous role as Senior Client Specialist managing one of the largest mass merchandising retailers.
