EBM hires independent mystery shoppers to audit performance. Events are scored on a 3 level system: excellent/high standards, remind and poor. Our clients will not pay for an in-store event that scored "poor". That is our promise to you.
EBM cash incentives are awarded weekly to event specialist scoring 100% on the mystery shopping audit. This creates a high degree of excitement, motivation and field competition, which in turn results in an enhanced interaction between event specialist and shoppers. An EBM managed Consumer Engagement campaign has more PERFECT mystery shopping scores than a non EBM managed campaign.
